at Long Beach. We have two Shih-tzu boys, Mackie and Little Guy who are spoiled rotten. We are avid Golfers.
EDUCATION:
I obtained my real estate salesperson license shortly after graduating summa cum laude from Long Beach Woodrow Wilson High
School in 1972. While selling real estate, I attended California State University at Long Beach from 1973 to 1975 majoring
in Business Administration - Manpower Management. I also obtained my Real Estate Certificate with a 4.0 GPA from Long
Beach City College. In 1978, I obtained my Real Estate Broker license.
EXPERIENCE: From
1983 to June of 2006, I managed the highly successful Century 21 A Marketplace later known as Prudential California Realty,
and then Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Beach. As manager, I enjoyed the challenges and rewards of supporting
80 agents in their real estate endeavors along with managing a 10 person support staff. I was responsible for the day
to day operations of the company, Broker support for our real estate salespersons, transaction problem solving and loss prevention,
legal affairs of the company, direction of technology and office systems, human resources, weekly sales meetings, and
overseeing the agent recruiting and training program. After retiring from real estate management in June of
2006, I continue to sell real estate with Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance and enjoy time with my family, friends, and
golfing endeavors.
